Oversight of ONE Fellowship
ONE Fellowship serves as a non-denominational creedal church committed to excellence and integrity in how we love God and people and manage our organizational affairs. To this end, our church has three layers of organizational oversight.
Pastors (Elders) Guide the Church
ONE Fellowship has pastors who “lead and feed" the church as the shepherds of the family of God. Under the leadership of the Senior Pastor, the pastoral team and staff are responsible for guiding the spiritual growth and well-being of the church by administering the vision, values, strategic plan, and day-to-day ministry and operations of the church.
The Board (Stewards) Guards the Church
ONE Fellowship has a select group of members of the church who are chosen to serve alongside the Senior Pastor to oversee the major legal, financial, and capital decisions of the church, while also serving to help preserve the overall doctrinal and leadership integrity of the church. As leaders of the church, the Board represents men and women who have demonstrated a sincere Christian faith, spiritual maturity, and a commitment to the life and ministry of ONE Fellowship.
The Network (Advisors) Encourages The Church
ONE Fellowship has a network of pastors from other respected churches and ministries who advise and encourage the Senior Pastor and leadership of the church on spiritual and organizational matters.
