ONE SERVE TEAMS

At ONE Fellowship, serving our faith family is one of the ways we play our part in God's big and beautiful story of redemption. We believe God has uniquely gifted each of us with talents, passions, and abilities to serve others. Wherever you are in your faith journey, we invite you to find your place on a Serve Team and help build our growing community of faith.

ONE KIDS

Help create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children—from nursery through 5th grade—know they are loved by Jesus and can grow in their faith. ONE Kids Team members welcome children and families, build meaningful relationships, support Bible teaching, and lead age-appropriate activities that help the next generation know Christ and follow Him for the rest of their lives.

Serve Rhythm: Typically once per month

CONNECTIONS TEAM

Help every person who walks through the doors of ONE Fellowship feel seen, welcomed, and valued. Connections Team members serve at key touch points throughout the Sunday experience—from the parking lot and front doors to the lobby and worship space—helping guests find their way, answering questions, and creating a warm first impression that leads to a lasting sense of belonging in God's family.

Serve Rhythm: Typically once per month

SCRIPTURE READER TEAM (IN-SERVICE)

Share God’s Word during worship services with clarity, confidence, and reverence. Scripture Readers read the assigned passage, helping the congregation hear and engage with the redemptive story of God as part of our shared worship experience.

Serve Rhythm: Scheduled as needed

WORSHIP TEAM (IN-SERVICE)

Use their musical talents and hearts for service to lead the congregation into the presence of God and His redemptive story through song. The Worship Team values humility, preparation, teamwork, and excellence. Vocalists and musicians participate through an audition and are scheduled based on team's needs and musical readiness.

Serve Rhythm: Typically once per month, including rehearsal

PRODUCTION TEAM (IN-SERVICE)

Help create a distraction-free worship experience through audio, lighting, presentation, and other production elements. Whether you are experienced or simply willing to learn, you will receive training to serve behind the scenes and help every part of the service support the day’s message and worship.

Serve Rhythm: Scheduled based on team needs and availability

ONE STUDENTS

Invest in middle and high school students by showing up consistently, building trusted relationships, and helping them know Christ, live in His purpose, and grow in community. Team members help lead small groups, support weekly gatherings and special events, and encourage students as they navigate faith, friendships, school, and life.

Serve Rhythm: Typically twice per month

HOSPITALITY & EVENTS TEAM

Create welcoming environments where people connect, celebrate, and experience the fellowship of the ONE family. On Sunday mornings, this team prepares coffee, sets up and cleans up communion, maintains welcoming spaces, and supports other hospitality needs. Throughout the year, team members also serve at churchwide events by assisting with planning, setup, hospitality, food service, guest care, and cleanup.

Serve Rhythm: Sunday opportunities are scheduled on a rotating basis. Event support is provided as needed.

MEALS TEAM

Care for individuals and families in practical ways by providing meals during significant life moments, including the arrival of a new baby, illness or recovery, and bereavement. This team offers comfort, encouragement, and a tangible reminder that no one at ONE Fellowship walks through life alone.

Serve Rhythm: Serves as needs arise.
